Shobha Mallarapu founded Anvaya Solutions in 2008 after 8 years at General Motors and 10 years at Intel Corporation in various capacities. She leads her company in conducting security projects in SMUD and the State of California to raise security awareness at the leadership level in addition to other security services such as risk and vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, policy development, incident management and forensics.
Shobha is a certified project management professional and a certified Information Systems Auditor and is a member of Project Management Institute and ISACA. She is a graduate of the FBI Citizen’s Academy, and a Member of Intragard, the FBI’s elite civilian security organization.
She holds a master’s degree in electronics engineering. Her published works and conference presentations can be found in the IEEE publications. She was issued two patents in circuit design and currently have 3 patents pending in security engineering.
She is also a member of ISACA – an organization for information security professionals, and Project Management Institute – an organization for certified project management professionals.
Shobha educates small businesses pro bono on Cyber Security and has spoken extensively on Cyber Security at various events such as NAWBO, Women’s Business Center, Small Business Development Center, and Department of Transportation. She also presented at the IT Security Symposium at UC Davis in June 2015.
Shobha is very active member of the Sacramento community. She serves as a board member of National Association of Women Business Owners Sacramento Valley and is a member of the Sacramento Municipal Utility District’s Community Advisory Panel. She is an active volunteer in robotics and a mentor for robotics teams. She also volunteers as an organizer of robotics tournaments. She has donated thousands of hours in promoting STEM through PC Pal, Society of Women Engineers, National Engineers Week and Robotics, by volunteering at various youth sports leagues, and by serving as the PTO president at both middle and high schools. As a proud mother of two Eagle Scouts, she is also an active volunteer for the Boy Scouts of America.
Srinivas Atluri is the VP of Cyber security services at Anvaya Solutions. In his position Srinivas leads the organization to provide world-class service in enhancing his customer’s security posture.
Srinivas has gained immense experience in the Information Security space for over 18 years working in the different domains of Information Security (System administration, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, Platform Security, Application Security, Digital Forensics, e-Discovery, Privacy, Investigations). Srinivas mentored Incident managers, and has been the technical lead during investigations of incidents and working with corporate legal counsel successfully communicating results and recommendations to senior executives.
During the last couple of decades, Srinivas conducted and led numerous risk assessments of a wide range of systems and applications ranging from individual applications to enterprise wide applications and infrastructure.
Srinivas has a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and developed proprietary technology in the semiconductor industry for Intel and General Motors.
Srinivas has a CISSP and CISM and is a member of ISACA. Srinivas is a graduate of the FBI Citizen’s academy and is a member of the Executive Operating Committee board for Infragard.
Srinivas is active in the community and teaches Cyber safety to high school students, provides pro-bono consulting for small business and is a trained Assistant Scoutmaster. Inspite of the busy schedule, Srinivas mentored a Cyber Security team in the USAF CyberPatriot challenge in 2014-15 season and has also been coaching robotics teams in middle school and high school for the past 9 years. Srinivas is passionate about mentoring the next generation.
Sathyamurthi (Sadha) Sadhasivan is the Director and Chief Architect for Hardware and Security Engineering at Anvaya Solutions Inc. In this role, Sadha is primarily responsible for architecting and designing hardware (HW) based security solutions for IP Protection, Anti-Piracy, and for HW based Trojan and Malware Detection and Mitigation.
Prior to joining Anvaya Solutions, Sadha has almost 30 years of HW architecture and design experience at Intel Corporation in the areas of secure embedded design for Digital Rights Management (DRM) and general purpose HW security architectures & designs for PC client products.
Sadha’s professional interests include Applied Cryptography, Trusted Computing Architectures, SCADA/ICS & IIoT Security, IP Protection, Consumer Device Security, Mobile Platform Security, and Analysis of Security Architectures & Protocols. He has two Masters Degrees in the areas of Computer Engineering and Computer Science.
His other interests include travelling, music, gardening and reading books on history and historical fiction.
